Create a safe and dark environment for your Trataka practice. Position your stand on a level floor, away from flammable objects. Set your intention for the session as you place a 1.5" tealight candle in the copper holder, ensuring it sits centered for safety. Sit comfortably in your chosen pose, approximately 2-3 feet from the stand, with the candle wick at eye level. Light the candle when ready, allowing your gaze to soften and your mind to align with your intention. When not in use, the stand serves as an elegant decor piece in your wellness space. After each session, ensure the candle is fully extinguished. To maintain its pristine condition, periodically wipe the stand gently with a damp cloth. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, to preserve its aesthetics and quality.

Love that someone is talking about the Trataka Meditaion. Let alone making products for it. Great piece for candle gazing no doubt. But also looks so good as a decor piece in my space.
