Position the cushion on a level and stable surface before use to provide a secure foundation for your practice. Achieve a pelvic tilt by sitting on the front 1/3 of the cushion to enhance balance and alignment. Feel free to adjust the cushion’s position according to your unique body needs. Maintain the cushion's quality by storing it in a dry, cool place. For spills or minor stains, clean the linen cover with a damp cloth. Avoid saturating the fabric, and let it air dry completely before using again.
